We Imagine provides five
dedicated SMT lines: |

- 3 High-speed lines with placement rates of
up to a 54,000 cph. Capabilities include placement of all SMT devices,
including micro BGA, CSP, flip chip, COB and 0201 components. 8-12-zone
convection ovens and automated inspection systems enhance these lines.

- 3 highly
flexible, multipurpose lines with a placement rate of up to 21,000-cph.
|

We also offer the following:

- A prototype
lab consisting of independent pick and place machines and convection
reflow ovens.
|
|
| |
- Our staff
is highly trained to operate the different varieties of lines. Our
programmers are 'on site' working with operators daily.
|

- Computer
generated profile data for all reflow ovens are monitored and verified
with each new order processed. Profiles are developed on line, using
Vitronics temperature profile measuring systems.

- Inspections
and verifications of set up and operations are thoroughly monitored
throughout the process.

- Our Air
Vac Rework & assembly station for prototype runs and customer repairs,
allows for accurate vision controlled placement with profile controlled
reflow.
