The
CP-643E combines high-speed placement with an innovative new PCB loading system
to increase throughput. The machine achieves a placing speed of 0.09 sec/shot
and can be loaded with up to 140 types of parts, from miniature parts such
as 0603s to 20 x 20 mm J-leaded components. The CP643E's loading system reduces
loading time to a remarkable 1.4 seconds per board and is capable of handling
two small PCBs simultaneously. Two board-loading cuts load time in half, resulting
in 0.7 seconds
